About the Event
Join in community, where we connect together as one heart through meditation and sacred music.
We begin with a short breathing meditation, connecting us with heaven and earth helping each of us to attain a deeper sense of stillness, connection, balance and harmony within. Moving into Vedic blessings in the form of mantra, an acknowledgment of country then 90min(ish) music performance with ghOMata, celebrating the Divine creation within us all through sacred music, mantra and chant, Bhajan and Kirtan style.
Drummers will then perform for us featuring traditional african and organic music, finishing the evening with ghOMata joining in for a riotous rocking finale!
Then wind down after with a cuppa and a yarn.
