About the Event

A beautiful meditation for both beginners and experienced alike. This guided mantra meditation carries us into the depths of inner peace, harmony and balance. The mantra meditation uses sound, toning and the repetition of sacred "Maha" (master) mantra's. These energetic "recipes" still the mind and bring you into a space of profound peace and stillness, call forth inner healing powers, balance and harmony.

A profoundly powerful yet very relaxing experience.

N.B. Parking can sometimes be hard to find, so I recommend that you park on Hutt St near Carrington and walk to 354 Carrington (towards the hills). Please allow yourself 10-15mins to be settled on before we start. Please join me for a chat and a cuppa after if you like (:
