Imagining PEACE

So, what's this about?
I have a dream... "Martin Luther King Jnr"
To be the change in the world I want to see "Mahatma Gandhi"
And knowing me and knowing you...
Waking up, is not so hard to do! "ABBA"
So Imagine all the people living in a world of peace! I know you may say I'm a dreamer, but WE are not the only ones! "John Lennon"
The Intention held is that together around the world at precisely the same moment, hundreds, thousands, pray Millions will invoke the vibration of PEACE
So each Sunday beginning May 1 at 6pm (Australian Central Standard Time) and at the SAME moment in time around the world we invoke together...
Through our Imagination and Intention
The Vibration of Peace
"Peace within, Harmony, Balance, Compassion, Humility, Tolerance, Forgiveness, Acceptance, Joy, Happiness, Laughter, Universal Love".
LOVE beyond condition...
Whatever the word Peace means or However it FEELS for you.

Beginning at 6pm ACST - Adelaide South Australia (please click this link for the EXACT MOMENT in your time anywhere in the world)
*
Find a space to be still
Take 3 deep breaths - in through the nose out through the mouth
(as if blowing through a straw)
*
Say out loud 3 x Aum
Then in your native language say;
I AM PEACE, I AM PEACE, I AM PEACE, I AM THAT I AM
(take a breath in between each statement) repeat this for 12 reps
*
Then the mantra "Aum Śanthi (Shanti) Aham Śanthi, Ahma Śanthi, Ahma Brahmasmi
for another 12 reps
*
Alternate these another 2 times ie 12 each of "I Am Peace" then 12 "Aham Śanthi"
(or choose which ever feels appropriate for you)
you may continue this aloud or let them gently become a whisper then silent.

REST in the FEELING and EMOTION of Peace
*
You may also choose another phrase or"mantra" that best fits for you or your own personal practice
eg. I AM LOVE
or
I AM COMPASSION
or
Aham Prema
or
Aum Mani Padme Hum
*
That's it!
PEACE...Imagine That!
