About the Event
Join in community, where we connect together to usher in the coming year as one heart through meditation and sacred music.
We begin with a short breath meditation, connecting us with heaven and earth helping each of us to attain a deeper sense of stillness, connection, balance and harmony within. Preparing our voices through a Nada yoga exercise (toning) and move into Vedic blessings in the form of mantra, an acknowledgment of country, then a 90min(ish) music performance with ghOMata. We celebrate the Divine creation within us all through the Nad (Divine energy transmitted through the vibrations of sound), Sacred music, mantra and chant, Bhajan and Kirtan style.
We will have a short interval to enjoy a cuppa and a yarn before closing out the evening with ghOMata for a riotous rocking finale! Leaving you with plenty of time to enjoy seeing in the new year catching up with soul family or a light show and fireworks....your choice!
